Role: Production Technician- Upholstery
Location: Saskatoon
Work Schedule: Night Shift, Monday – Thursday, 5.45 pm – 4.15 am.

As Upholstery, you will be able to:

  • Assemble upholstery related component pieces for the conversion
  • Sew all straps and belts
  • Prep materials needed for cushion assembly
  • Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met
  • Experience and ability using hand tools and power tools

As Upholstery, you will have:

  • Sewing/upholstery skills as a asset
  • Ability to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance
  • Ability to read drawings/blueprints
  • Ability to interpret work orders
  • An understanding of the production process in terms of quality and quantity
  • An understanding of quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
  • Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices
