VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Client Service Technician for our Prince George, BC location. The Client Service Technician (CST) delivers and transports medical gas products and equipment to clients and institutions. The CST maintains safe operation of company vehicles and provides outstanding customer service. They are also involved in training customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
Provides training to new clients and responds to requests from current clients.
Provides client education on equipment function and maintenance.
Performs technical checks and reviews safety instructions with clients.
Meets client needs by delivering products according to daily schedule and as required.
Maintains up-to-date documentation by completing appropriate records for technical visits including equipment exchanges, deliveries and pick up of equipment.
Performs warehouse duties by stocking shelves with supplies, shipping and receiving of products, and equipment cleaning.
Inspects vehicle before and after use; documents inspection and logs hours of service.
Maintains a safe vehicle by arranging for routine maintenance and repairs.
Ensures safe supply of gases to clients by trans-filling and transporting medical gases according to procedures and regulations.
Provides after hour service to clients by participating in branch on-call rotation.

Here is what you will need
High School Diploma.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
In-depth knowledge of use and maintenance of respiratory home care equipment.
2-3 years of consecutive recent driving/delivery experience.
2-3 years Customer service experience.
Ability to lift and maneuver 55 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.
Clean and valid driver’s abstract.
