Essential Functions

• Recruitment and onboarding of seasonal employees;
  • Screening Candidates, Interviewing, Completing new hire documents, Facilitate Orientation
• Assist in maintaining seasonal employee files
• Providing exceptional customer service when answering plant phone calls and working with vendors to direct needs to required departments;
• Assist with on the job training and plant tours for new hires.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient skills in Google Workspace;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective interaction with employees and co workers;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Demonstrates discretion and maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information;
• Organize and maintain digital and physical HR records

• Occasional walking and climbing stairs;
• Occasional bending and twisting;
• Frequent sitting;
• Normal office environment

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in an administrative or HR position would be considered an asset but not required
• Experience and knowledge of Google Workspace, and Microsoft

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma
• Completed or currently enrolled Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
