Compensation: Competitive earnings under the Longitudinal Payment Model (LFP): $600,000–$750,000 annually for full-time work (80/20 split). Additional perks: Relocation assistance, signing bonus, extended health benefits.

Requirements: Postgraduate medical training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or the USA. CFPC certification eligibility. Licensure eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC). Membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
