The incumbent will work within the Technical Operations department alongside the PRC division, solely responsible as a Licensed PRC Technician to support the Product Resource Group, performing the duties of a licensed service technician. The incumbent will be responsible for performing PDI and services on all HC Stock units and fleets and supply technical expertise to various Honda departments and deal directly with associates on company car issues and services.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform PDI on all Auto products and units.
  • Service and maintain fleet units.
  • Ensure to Keep Accurate Service logs and Maintenance history.
  • Responsible to provide support to Press and Advertising Activities.
  • Deliver Product to associates.
  • Maintain and support Quality Engineering Activities.
  • Communicate with vendors and media on required tasks.
  • Other additional special projects/tasks as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have completed High School Diploma. Completed post-secondary education in HAP or equivalent is preferred.
  • Technician Trade Certification is required.
  • Required to have Automotive Field experience.
  • Must have valid G Driver’s License.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Must entail strong communication, analysis, and problem solving skills.
  • Must be interpersonal, ability to build collaborate working relationships with internal and external affiliates, and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to display initiative, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Must have well-developed computer skills.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships and all members of the team.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships within Honda North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
  • Enjoys team building approach of management and department - shares results.
