We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our Drafting and Design Team. The role involves creating 3D models of single-family homes in Revit, producing working drawings, plot plans, original concept floor plans and elevations, and implementing our unique architectural process.

Salary: $100,000 per year
Ompensation And Benefits
- Salary: $95K-$100K
- Bonus: Eligible for an end-of-fiscal-year bonus after 6 months of employment (bonus percentage varies annually).
- Vacation: 3 weeks paid vacation and 5 PTO/sick days, increasing to 4 weeks after 7 years. Option to bank additional time by working Friday afternoons.
- Monday: 8 AM-5 PM
- Tuesday to Thursday: 7 AM-5 PM
- Friday: 7 AM-12 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models of single-family homes using Revit.
- Create detailed working drawings, plot plans, and concept designs.
- Collaborate on innovative designs while adhering to local bylaws and industry standards.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project timelines.
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in the single-family residential industry.
- Managerial or supervisory experience (an asset).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of residential construction and Calgary's bylaws (preferred).
