Overview:

$18.40 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years. We are currently looking to fill a few positions, contract dates are as follows; February 1 until December 31 and March 1 until December 31. Applicants must be available to work full time hours during the contract period.

You’ll also…

  • Responsible for collecting millions of dollars through daily phone calls
  • Problem solve and assist customers with account reconciliation
  • Ability to communicate with a large customer base (400-700)
  • Run system generated invoices and create necessary manual invoices on demand and distribute to customers via email
  • Collect, track, and correctly apply event deposits to customer accounts
  • Collect AR payments (via phone and email) and collaborate with Group Sales in times of delinquencies
  • Process transactions such as receiving payments by both check and electronic payment (ACH/credit card)
  • Allocate received payments to the correct park and apply to the customer after date of event
  • Create journal entries with proper coding to be posted to the general ledger
  • Return tickets in systems that are returned by our customers and ensure credit is applied to customer
  • Participate in the reconciliation of select AR and deferred revenue accounts
  • Run and balance reports, such as the AR aging report to the AR Trade GL Account, monitor and report on metrics to track performance. Update reports used to track events and due dates with invoices
  • General office duties – data entry and filing

Qualifications:

  • You!
  • Candidates that have Post-Secondary education in the Accounting field or previous experience in AR
  • Proficient knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Chrome
  • Previous experience in Salesforce customer relationship management software is an asset
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills and able to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Individuals that are dependable, honest and exhibits integrity
  • Candidates that have a professional and friendly phone manner
  • Availability that includes working full time hours during the contract period including, weekdays, on weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on business needs
