Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Administrator in our Dartmouth branch in Nova Scotia . We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.

E xpected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $17-18 per hour based on a 35 hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position.

As an Insurance Administrator, you’ll flex your solid communication and technical skills to support a team of Personal Lines Advisors. You’ll play an integral role, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and maintain a collaborative team culture.

Once Here, You'll

  • Organize and respond to queries from various departments 
  • Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed.  
  • Prepare required insurance packages for clients 
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the department
