Red Arrow is currently looking for part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in north Calgary (304 - 35 Avenue NE) and our downtown location (606 5 Ave SW).

The successful candidates would need to work at least 16 hours per week or more if shifts are available. Shifts would fall between 6:15 am to 7:00 pm. We operate 7 days a week, so flexible availability, especially weekends is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

• Ability to search for and retrieve information
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
• Friendly, service-oriented personality
• Flexible availability

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour
