Safran Electrical Components is the subsidiary of Safran Electrical & Power specializing in electrical components. It is also the world leader in harsh environment harnesses for landing gear and U.S. military applications.

• Maintain inventory records, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at each level, and expiration dates

• Locate and pick products based on Manufacturing Orders from inventory shelves, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and quality to support production

• Print inventory count sheets and maintain inventory control procedures to meet company goals

• Review inventory workflow, propose enhancement and documentation of inventory cycle

• Ensure inventory is kept at a healthy level, highlight slow moving items and propose action plan

• Performs regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variance

• Manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and to flag out if inventory levels are not replenished in a timely manner

• Participate to plan, drive and execute warehousing improvements projects through the deployment of IT, Technology, Innovation and Transformation

• Follow Quality, Safety and Company policies accordingly

• Ensure daily production parts are picked to support daily operation target

• Ensuring documentation and keeping accurate warehouse records

• Support warehouse management in various administrative tasks as needed

• Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations

• Ensure inventory is stored safely, organized, and labeled appropriately.

• Any other duties assigned

Exigences du poste

a) Minimum 1-year experience in inventory control and receiving
b) Well-versed in inventory computerized systems,
c) Good keyboard and typing skills
d) Good communication skills in English
e) Preferably with knowledge of the aviation industry
f) Forklift experience required
