Job Summary

As the Vice President of Hospitality, you will oversee all operations and teams managing the food and beverage services for the thousands of guests who visit this multi-unit high volume location annually. Your role will involve strategic planning, direction, and control of our food service, gate staff and retail units, while ensuring exceptional customer and client relations are maintained.

  • Drive financial profitability through reporting and budgeting.
  • Oversee control of all purchasing and Implements cost controls as needed
  • Build and maintain positive relations with internal and externals stakeholders as well as the Client.
  • Drive best in class hospitality standards while staying informed of market and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Levy Canada’s goals and objectives
  • Protect the company's reputation by proactively addressing key issues and promoting positive storytelling.
  • Responsible for constructing a high performing operations team while keeping everyone accountable for job responsibilities and roles.

  • A minimum of 10 years in Food and Beverage Management experience in a multi-unit environment. Experience managing a high-volume Food & Beverage operation that includes full-service dining, banquets & catering and quick service.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and desire to solve complex challenges.
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills allow you to use data metrics effectively to build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building and delivery
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff
  • Expert in Windows based office software
