About The Role
The Quality and Education Coordinator is a vital position at Baptist Housing, focused on driving quality improvement and educational excellence across our communities. As the bridge between the Quality and Education (QE) team and the wider organization, you will play a key role in ensuring resources, policies, and training programs align with Baptist Housing's commitment to exceptional care and continuous learning.
In this role, you will manage quality data, analyze it for reporting and decision-making, and maintain a centralized library of resources to support our team members. Collaborating with Practice Leads, Educators, and external partners, you will coordinate and deliver training initiatives, support policy updates, and implement quality improvement projects.
This role also includes providing high-level administrative support to the Vice President, Wellness, and the QE team. You will schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for education programs and quality initiatives. Additionally, you’ll oversee digital platforms like SharePoint to ensure seamless access to essential tools and materials.

Compensation & Benefits
In this excluded position, we offer a competitive compensation package, with an hourly wage of $30.00. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with a generous four weeks of vacation. Key Responsibilities
Quality and Education Administration:
- Collect, collate, and format quality data for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain consistency in formatting and branding across all quality and education materials.
- Update and manage policies, procedures, and educational resources on digital platforms.
- Support the design and delivery of online education modules in collaboration with Practice Leads and Educators.
- Assist with quality improvement projects, ensuring timely rollouts.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions and liaise with stakeholders.
- Manage SharePoint and other platforms to organize and store resources effectively.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice President, Wellness, and the Quality and Education team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, record minutes, and organize schedules.
- Coordinate bookings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Foster a culture of health and safety by identifying hazards and encouraging safe practices.
- Take proactive steps to enhance workplace safety and compliance.
- High school diploma, additional training or certifications in administration or education are assets.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare or senior living.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in creating, managing, and formatting online educational resources.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
