You Are:
You are a seasoned Director of Project Engineering Management with a passion for leading mixed-signal IP projects from conception to completion. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage your technical expertise and strategic insights to drive project success. With a strong background in managing engineering teams, you excel at organizing complex information into well-documented plans and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. Your excellent communication skills enable you to facilitate clear and coherent communication between customers and design teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective response to critical needs. You are adept at providing strategic insights and reports to executive leadership, influencing key decision-making processes. Your experience working autonomously with high-level guidance allows you to navigate multiple scenarios and evaluate the best strategies for project success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a team of R&D Project Managers to oversee project plans and ensure key milestones are met
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create a better customer experience and engagement
- Participating in complex block and/or chip planning and architecture studies
- Ensuring quality compliance based on customer feedback
- Oversee the production of IP Test Chips
- Act ask key participant in pre-sales customer engagements, and negotiate statements of work
- Strive to enhance operational efficiency and attain the highest standards of quality excellence
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing critical needs and coordinating effective responses
- Providing strategic insights and reports to executive leadership, influencing decision-making
- Streamlining processes and procedures to improve project management efficiency
- Ensuring the successful delivery of mixed-signal IP projects
- Driving continuous improvement in design efficiency and quality metrics
- Contributing to the creation of high-performance silicon chips and software content
- Leading a team of engineers to achieve project goals and milestones
- Influencing the development process for Mixed Signal ASIC designs
- Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of experience
- 5+ years in a project/program management role, with customer-facing experience as an asset
- Strong People Management experience is required
- Familiarity with UNIX operating systems, Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the development process for Mixed Signal ASIC designs, with a preference for IP-based work
- Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate multiple scenarios
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicator, able to facilitate clear and coherent communication between teams and customers
- Autonomous worker with the ability to manage projects with minimal oversight
- Team leader with strong people management skills
- Customer-focused, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction
