Spearhead the development and engagement of the largest, most influential community in gifted education, uniting parents, educators, and advocates who are committed to unlocking the full potential of gifted students.
Basic Requirements
GT School is an EdTech Startup that leverages technology, AI, and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning. Our unique approach leverages 50+ years of learning science, cutting-edge data analytics and high-performance coaching. Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting viral-worthy content that challenges the status quo in gifted education
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge base on cutting-edge gifted education research and trends
- Producing compelling daily short-form content (tweets, threads, videos) and weekly long-form content (podcasts, blogs, spaces)
- Representing gt.school at industry events and forging relationships with education thought leaders
- Elevating AI-generated content to amplify our reach and maintain quality standards
- Advocating for minor tweaks to the traditional education system
- Creating generic, uninspiring educational content
- Prioritizing enrichment over acceleration
- Operating behind the scenes - this role demands public thought leadership

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated success in building an engaged social media following (1,000+ followers)
- Direct, personal experience with gifted education as a parent, former gifted student, professional, or researcher/advocate
- US or Canada-based with in-depth knowledge of the gifted education landscape
- Exceptional multimedia content creation and storytelling skills
- Confident public speaker across various platforms and formats
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and industry events
