Job Summary:
We are searching for a Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our project teams.
In this role you will:
- Assist project teams with document control, project correspondence and schedule, project and resource planning, and communication.
- Maintain and manage project files and documents (including cloud-based documents).
- Transcribe shop drawings and other project-related documents.
- Liaise between Engineering team and Finance team.
- Managing emails, follow-up with internal and external teams.
- Schedule and attend team meetings and take minutes.
- Other duties as required.

Skills/abilities:
- Enthusiastic interest in contributing to teams designing Mechanical and Electrical systems for iconic/complex buildings.
- Post-Secondary Education/College Diploma/University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 – 2 years industry experience preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Experience working with digital documents (SharePoint, Procore or other).
- Experience with Revit preferred.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, focused project schedules, and meet timelines.
- Ability to be involved in some mechanical design if needed.
- Willingness to learn.
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada – In-office position
Travel: Some travel may be required occasionally.
