About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be driving retention and up-selling our existing customers. You will aim to achieve customer satisfaction across the InterAction-installed customer base, ensuring effective client management, deployment of internal resources, and expanding products and services within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting Point Of Sales goals within assigned accounts and Revenue goals within region
  • Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client
  • Owning the overall health and status of the relationship with the customer
  • Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close
  • Promoting a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization
  • Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services
  • Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression
  • Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction
  • Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Display proven experience generating new business sales
  • Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams
  • Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition
  • Display functional knowledge of negotiation process
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications
