If you enjoy wearing a variety of hats while working in a fluid, fast paced environment then we’d love to meet you! We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our marketing team!

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about doing meaningful work with clients, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and you bring a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to your work. We rely on your wise judgment, your ability to create positive client and internal experiences, and your desire and know-how to work through challenges.

Duties and Assignments:

  • Management of projects within assigned portfolio
  • Determining and documenting scopes of work
  • Developing and tracking budgets and timelines
  • Managing internal resources and external vendors
  • Driving projects forward ensuring deliverables are met
  • Managing and mitigating project risk
  • Managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication
  • Participating in brainstorming meetings
  • Managing weekly status calls and budget reviews
  • Creating project documentation
  • Delivering high quality work while meeting budgetary, timeline and scope constraints

Skills/ Knowledge required:

  • Project Coordinating experience in marketing/advertising client agencies.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing and communications strategic direction, influence diverse leaders, and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in advertising/marketing agencies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing evolving timelines and project plans while adhering to strategic objectives and quality standards
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous project requirements and finding effective solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and strategies effectively
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying innovative marketing opportunities
