- 6 months contract
Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate I is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for order taking and delivery of coffee and related products to customers on an assigned route;
- Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;
- Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department;
- Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate inventory in the van;
- Ensure sufficient inventory in van and at customer locations - rotating stock where required;
- Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment;
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
- Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas; packing, moving and setting up of cabinets, equipment, etc.;

- High School diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) preferred;
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
