Research Technician Co-op

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of trial diaper products and development materials
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of competitive diaper products
• Organize and maintain records of trial and material test data
• Prepare and inspect samples for Home Use Testing and panel studies
• Prepare and inspect samples for Sales and Marketing departments
• Communicate and report test results to Product Development and Operations teams
• Provide laboratory support to IPC operations during material / process validations

Qualifications

• Education Required: College Diploma, science preferred
• Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years
• Knowledge of and testing experience in a laboratory environment
