As a Bilingual Title Officer, you will provide superior customer service to our clients responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes, prepare legal documents for mortgage transactions, and ensure transactions closings are met. This role is ideally suited to an individual who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Provide superior customer service to our clients via portal, email, and phone responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes. Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience.
  • Manage all issues and title discrepancies with the Lender representative (lender, mortgage specialist etc.)
  • Manage day to day tasks in accordance with our corporate policies
  • Prepare applicable documents as per respective lender program requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with our external clients such as lenders, notaries, and brokers

Here's what you'll bring:

  • Graduate of a law clerk/legal admin program or equivalent experience will be considered an asset
  • Exceptional phone manner with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and prioritize issues.
  • Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Candidates must be flexible to work a regular rotating late shift up to 7:00 pm (AST).
