Financial Markets Operations Analyst

Thanks to your involvement in the various processes related to Counterparty Documentation Centre – Account Opening you will participate in the transformation of the Bank.

Your job:

• Perform various account openings and updates in financial market transactional systems according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
• Handle a high volume of requests while respecting the established SLAs.
• Adequately respond to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in the cases by providing professional and courteous service.
• Identify user needs, pinpoint issues, and make recommendations to optimize processes while providing quality service.
• Ensure the accuracy of data and operations in transactional systems.
• Collaborate in the analysis of the performance of tools, systems, or processes.

Please note, to respond to the needs of our clients, this post will have the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree related to the sector of activity OR a D.E.C and three years relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel
• Ability to work under pressure, quickly and accurately
