DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate I is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for order taking and delivery of coffee and related products to customers on an assigned route;
  • Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;
  • Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department;
  • Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate inventory in the van;
  • Ensure sufficient inventory in van and at customer locations - rotating stock where required;
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment;
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas; packing, moving and setting up of cabinets, equipment, etc.;

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) preferred;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

COMPETENCIES

  • Basic computer skills;
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
