Purpose

The e-Invoicing Analyst will primarily be responsible for day-to-day support/administration of the Pricebook rate compliance module within the Enverus OpenInvoice application suite.

Main Responsibilities & Activities

  • Complete vendor Pricebook on-ramping requirements as needed
  • Create, manage & maintain all active Pricebooks within the organization
  • Manage and support the supply chain approval workflow for vendor rate changes
  • Tracking Pricebook modifications within Fresh Service incident management tool where applicable
  • Train and support suppliers around how to invoice appropriately using a Pricebook
  • Managing auto-routed invoices related to Pricebook alert conditions
  • Monitor and respond to email in the Pricebook mailbox
  • Provide Pricebook support to external suppliers via email and phone
  • New User setups/training
  • Notification/coding error triaging
  • OpenOrder/OpenTicket/OpenInvoice support work as required

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Post-secondary education is required
  • Previous Pricebook support/admin experience preferred
  • Previous OpenInvoice/OpenTicket/OpenOrder support/admin experience an asset
  • Oil and gas industry experience would be an asset
  • Previous trades payable contract/rate sheet administration an asset
  • Previous technical support or system administration experience an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are required
  • Highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage large transactional work volumes and multiple priorities
  • Self- starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
