We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to oversee all facets of project management, focusing on the integration of systems, procurement, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder communication in the commercial construction industry. This role is pivotal to our projects and offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team in a dynamic work environment.
About The Role
This role requires extensive experience in managing project activities throughout their life cycle, including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgeting. You will act as the primary liaison among clients, designers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide project teams and ensure deliverables meet specifications while adhering to timelines.
Your Qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience in commercial construction
- Five or more years of direct work experience in construction project management
- Proven ability to manage budgets and complete accurate monthly forecasts
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and project teams
- Willingness to travel frequently to local and off-site project locations
