Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact
In this role, you will focus on managing complex workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, data driven campaigns. You will have hands-on responsibilities designing, developing, and delivering marketing campaigns to support the growth and expansion of Kinectrics’ products and services around the world.
As a core member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Campaign Strategist will bring a comprehensive technical skill set using web metrics programs, CMS software, design software (Adobe Creative suite), with experience using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, project management, and marketing automation software (preferably Salesforce and Pardot).
General Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns through content creation (copy and creative), and deployment through various online and offline channels such as social media, search, email, website, brochure, banners, and case studies with guidance from subject matter experts and marketing leadership.
- Work with and guide design teams (web, graphic and multimedia) to create deliverables using solid copywriting and editing skills along with call-to-actions, forms, copy, graphics, layout, photography, and video tactics.
- Meet with Senior Marketing leadership to develop and execute approved digital strategies, marketing plans, and creative briefs that drive brand awareness and maintain brand equity.
- Develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tactics and marketing automation initiatives.
- Report on campaign analytics, including lead generation, data analysis, and other relevant KPIs.
- Provide status reports directly to Senior Marketing Leadership using project management tools.
- SEM and digital ad support, including campaign optimization and maintenance, through targeting bids, creative budgets, A/B testing.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, print/digital advertisements, press releases, and other promotional materials as required.

What You Need to Succeed
- Completion of a 3-year college program in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 6 years’ B2B marketing experience (minimum) in a fast-paced technical environment, preferably in the energy sector and engineering management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid copywriting experience in a technical environment. Requires previous technical writing experience to write and review material to produce online content, product data sheets, brochures, and other relevant copy.
- Basic skills in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) to produce digital materials.
- Experience working with and overseeing agencies, designers, and 3rd party vendors.
- Experience with social media platforms, social media scheduling, and to enhance and promote website pages, campaigns, social media content, and other files.
- Project management skills and experience managing workflows with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce and CMS experience needed
- Strong understanding of online analytic tools (Google Analytics, SEM Rush)
- Knowledge of industry standard and best practices for digital and direct marketing contact management (CASL, GDPR, privacy, etc.)
- Understanding of social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Experience with building, executing, and monitoring paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads platforms and mapping lead generation forms to Salesforce using Zapier interface.
- Experience in managing relationships with external partners and agencies, including management projects, deliverables, and writing creative briefs.
- Tactical experience in digital marketing, including web development, graphic design, SEO, and social media.
- Initiative to see and act on opportunities and suggest new programs and/or processes to improve our Marketing efforts/tactics.
