The Marketing & Brands Program Management Team is looking for a Process Excellence Manager. This is a key role that brings together cross-functional partners and assists with developing appropriate process and systems solutions to existing and expected challenges.
Role Mandate:
Reporting into the Director, Marketing & Brands Program Management, the Process Excellence Manager will be responsible to flex between leadership and support roles within multiple cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role working with multiple cross functional collaborators to facilitate workshops, capture business requirements, current state details, create functional specifications, assess, and identify gaps between current and ideal future state.

You will demonstrate your exceptional consultative approach and identify improvement opportunities, collaborating across multiple teams within Marketing & Brands to devise the best solutions possible.
What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple operational excellence engagements following Project Management, Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, soliciting the required subject matter expertise.
- Facilitate fact-finding interviews and brainstorming workshops with cross-functional partners to develop solutions for the business. Lead the mapping of roles and responsibilities, processes and systems related to Marketing & Brands strategy.
- Figure out root cause of issues and devise appropriate solutions by collaborating with brand, marketing, product development and technology teams.
- Help to translate business challenges and needs into improvement ideas by identifying and engaging collaboratively with project sponsors, business owners, and partners from multiple internal departments.
- Gather information by participating in process observations, team member interviews, and process mapping activities, and analyze collected data to present findings to various partners.
- Be the change agent that motivates and empowers our employees to improve our operations and the way they work to positively impact our customers and partners.
- Build and sustain effective working relationships and communications with executives, engagement team members, and business partners at various levels of the organization.
- Communicate through meetings, presentations, and written reports to ensure relevant partners are kept up to date on the status of projects.
What You Bring:

- You like to understand how things work, take on complex problems, and work with people to design solutions.
- Solid understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and systematic problem solving / root cause analysis and process management, including business process design, data analysis, and organizational change.
- Minimum of 4-5 years process improvement, management consulting, and/or project management experience with leading companies.
- Experience in Consulting (internal or external) leading change within a global consumer goods, retail, or supply chain organization.
- The ability to demonstrate successful delivery of change initiatives within a large organization, with the right soft skills to bring together team members to devise innovative and collaborative solutions.
- Clear and effective communicator both internally and customer-facing with various partners. You’re not afraid of taking charge in a presentation.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a Business or Technical field.
- Proven track record of results from the application of process improvement methodologies and effective organizational change with strong project management skills.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and gain commitment.
