Trotman Auto Group is seeking an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team based out of Langley Chrysler!
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of HR and Strategic Initiatives, the HR Administrator will assist the department with daily administrative duties. This role is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, database administration, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday
Compensation: $48,000-$60,000
The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Who you are:
- Experience: 1+ years as an HR Administrator
- HR Focus: experience with Talent acquisition, onboarding, employment agreements and OH&S
- Attitude: Positive and extroverted personality, comfortable with speaking to small groups
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating software
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What your day will look like:
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating records of employees
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process
- Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientations
- Employee Inquiries: Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, addressing questions about policies, benefits, and procedures
- OH&S Compliance: Auditing and record keeping
