THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated professional Web Project Coordinator in a junior role to join our team on a full-time basis with a strong customer focus and a background in project coordination as well as web-based products and services. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Web Implementation Team in a high growth organization and will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day processes of the team, including but not limited to smaller project coordination, Implementation, and assisting with the growth and management of the company's reference account base.

In this position you will:

• Be the point person for the project on the Jonas side to the club.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project from kick-off, scheduling and go-lives ensuring client is updated through all aspects of the project.
• Handle smaller projects with faster turnaround times (30-60 days)
• Could be handling up to 30 projects at once in various over-lapping stages (Seasonality could increase this)
• Responsible for setting client expectations, keeping project on track.
• Responsible for communicating to all parties if obstacles are encountered that delay the project.
• Keep project notes updated in our CRM.
• Troubleshoot Client Issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions.
• Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients.
• Coordinate and\or provide Remote Training and Support via Internet to clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / college diploma.
• Customer service experience preferably in the software industry.
• Beginner Project Management Experience or certificate experience in Project Management
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong Organizational skills a must
• Time Management Skills a must. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
• Must be able to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members
• Flexibility on hours if projects needed to adjust to a international client needs.
• Proven ability to problem solve and teach others.
• Experience in Golf Club Industries, Hotel or other related Hospitality Industries would be a definite asset.
• Experience with Web solutions an asset.
