Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lease Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the leasing process, ensuring that all lease agreements are accurate and comply with company protocols. This position will involve data entry, coordination with various stakeholders, and maintaining digital lease records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify lease agreements for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow the company’s leasing process from start to finish to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Enter lease data into the company’s property management system accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with leasing agents and property managers to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain and organize digital lease records.
- Support the leasing team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi Voyager, Onsite, RentCafe, or similar systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with lease agreements and terminology is a plus.
