The Growth Coordinator will support and co-ordinate all new business development activity in a highly fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and help manage with creation of collateral and presentation material to be used in pitches
  • Maintain centralized hub all new business material
  • Assist with all project management requirements
  • Assist developing new business plans that drive revenue growth
  • Provide competitor and market analysis for identified new business targets
  • Help manage resources engaged in project delivery
  • Co-ordinate, develop, and maintain detailed project plans
  • Manage project deliverables
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date reporting on full pipeline performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work across Canadian and Global teams to achieve growth KPIs

Qualifications

  • Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Tables), Outlook, etc.
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an asset
  • Presentation design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams
  • Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially
  • Knowledge of media planning and research tools is considered a strong asset

Additional information

The salary range for this position is $40-55k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
