What will your typical day look like?

As a manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to analyze and address their HR technology challenges and developing effective solutions tailored to their needs. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP Payroll functionality and a strong knowledge of payroll processes.

You will utilize your expertise to ensure that clients' initiatives are effectively supported by the SAP Payroll platform, thereby enhancing employee engagement, and fostering organizational growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing the creation of functional design documents and workbooks, configuring the system, conducting comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy and functionality, and developing support models to meet both current and future business needs.

Your role will encompass the entire implementation lifecycle of SAP HCM projects, enabling you to manage clients' needs effectively. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multifunctional teams, leveraging Deloitte’s extensive professional services to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who:

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing/supporting SAP Payroll, either in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Ideally would also have experience with SAP Benefits Management and/or SAP Time Management.
  • Deep familiarity with SAP Payroll interfaces and integrations with other SAP modules and third-party integrations.
  • Certified in SAP/ EC Payroll with experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of either SAP ECC Payroll, SAP S/4HANA Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Preferred experience in end-to-end implementations of Benefits Management, HR Core, or Time Management.
  • Can mobilize teams for high impact results, is able to proactively identify and monitor potential risks and developing risk mitigation plans to address them. Strong oral and written communication skills, fluency in English and French is an asset.
  • A self-motivated leader who can energize their team and exemplify the kind of leader people want to work with. Can coach junior team members to help them develop their own domain expertise while also promoting professional growth.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $164,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
