Your tasks at a glance

  • You warmly welcome patients and direct them to the waiting room, ensuring that new patients complete the questionnaire to add to their files.
  • You handle mail, clinic phone lines, and voicemails, and make sure to call patients to confirm their appointments.
  • You are responsible for updating the medical records and appointments software after each patient's arrival and departure.
  • You manage inventory and ensure the aesthetics and cleanliness of the clinic when needed.
  • You will be cross-trained in other technical positions (once you have completed your initial training).

A clear view of your assets

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You have experience as a receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant in a doctor's office and/or have strong customer service/patient care skills.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
  • You demonstrate a strong customer focus and good emotional intelligence.
  • You stand out for your organizational and collaborative skills as well as your ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
  • Schedule: You have flexible work availability Monday to Friday (the shifts start between 7:00 & 9:00 am).
