Salary: $110,000 +

Your area of focus.

Our General Manager’s execute our dealership business plans to ensure successful operations, and drive high customer satisfaction, ongoing employee engagement and continued business profitability. Providing leading edge support tools and processes, peer mentorship from other successful dealerships, you will be a part of a 60+ retail franchise auto group with a proved process that delivers consistent predictable results. In addition, you will have a full head office support team that provides the marketing, training, IT and management support to ensure your success!

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Oversee Sales, Finance, Service and Parts operations of the dealership
  • Performance metrics in all departments
  • Vehicle inventory, daily sales management and upholding sales process
  • A detailed understanding of Service and Parts operations
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth
  • Ensure maximum efficiency and profitability in all departments
  • Create a high-performance culture and climate in a dealership
  • Strong ability to motivate and retain talent
  • Develop and encourage strong working relationships at all levels in the business
  • Deliver bottom line results while ensuring compliance to company policies and corporate governance
  • Ensure dealer compliance to franchise standards and target requirements

What Are The Must-haves…

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a General Manager’s role in a dealership.
  • Must have been a key player in building and mentoring a successful sales department
  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership, management and communication skills
  • Results focused and detail orientated
