  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in experiment design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with digital marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and MMMs.
  • Experience with Google Ads and other Google marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with datasets and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent client management, stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

The Canadian Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) team enables growth of Canada's Large Customer Sales business through exceptional data, measurement, and analytics. DM&A partners directly with Sales teams. In this role, you will work in the Finance and Business-to-Business (B2B) sector, home to some of Canada’s largest and most strategic customers.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing, or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/investigative stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
