We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager!

Your mission: oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects, as well as the management of strategic initiatives.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  
  

Team Coordination & Communication:

• Lead team meetings and project management (PMO) sessions.
• Ensure clear communication of project requirements and expectations.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Gather and document client requirements while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide regular project updates and manage expectations.
• Efficiently handle change requests and scope adjustments.
• Ensure client satisfaction and a smooth project handover upon completion.
  
  

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Projects).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timeline and budget adherence.
• Identify and track risks, implementing mitigation plans.
• Analyze project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of lessons learned and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management , preferably in web development or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, etc.).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Projects).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
