Position Summary
The Account Manager, Programmatic is responsible for campaign setup, tagging, and optimization, aiming to enhance the quality and performance of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for agency planning teams.
- Collaborate with agency teams to meet client needs while ensuring high client service standards.
- Develop innovative proposals in partnership with internal agency stakeholders.
- Provide creative programmatic solutions to clients.
- Oversee Coordinators in managing billing discrepancies and budget control reports (BCRs).
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Ensure effective setup of advertisers and line items in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels.
- Produce campaign performance, delivery, and site-level reports from DSPs.
- Identify and resolve potential challenges or opportunities based on reports.
- Troubleshoot tagging issues for clients.
- Suggest alternative platforms or media partners for campaign KPIs.
- Train new team members on platforms and processes.
- Present strategic brand solutions to client teams proactively.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for campaign or platform issues.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Background in Marketing or Advertising.
- Experience in programmatic media management with an agency, publisher/exchange, or optimization firm.
- Proficiency in DV360 and Amazon DSP platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and real-time media market dynamics.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Client service-oriented mentality.
- High learning agility and passion for continuous development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
