Account Manager, Programmatic

Position Summary

The Account Manager, Programmatic is responsible for campaign setup, tagging, and optimization, aiming to enhance the quality and performance of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for agency planning teams.
• Collaborate with agency teams to meet client needs while ensuring high client service standards.
• Develop innovative proposals in partnership with internal agency stakeholders.
• Provide creative programmatic solutions to clients.
• Oversee Coordinators in managing billing discrepancies and budget control reports (BCRs).
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Ensure effective setup of advertisers and line items in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels.
• Produce campaign performance, delivery, and site-level reports from DSPs.
• Identify and resolve potential challenges or opportunities based on reports.
• Troubleshoot tagging issues for clients.
• Suggest alternative platforms or media partners for campaign KPIs.
• Train new team members on platforms and processes.
• Present strategic brand solutions to client teams proactively.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for campaign or platform issues.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Background in Marketing or Advertising.
• Experience in programmatic media management with an agency, publisher/exchange, or optimization firm.
• Proficiency in DV360 and Amazon DSP platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and real-time media market dynamics.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Client service-oriented mentality.
• High learning agility and passion for continuous development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
