As an Associate, People & Culture, you'll play a key role in providing essential administrative support to the People & Culture team. You’ll collaborate with other Associates to assist with both regional and national initiatives, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
You Will:
- Serve as the primary contact for process and policy inquiries, providing guidance to employees and leaders via our People & Culture inbox.
- Support the People & Culture Advisors and/or Team Leads with full-cycle recruitment initiatives.
- Create and issue employment-related documentation through Docusign as directed by the People & Culture Advisor and/or Team Lead, such as employment contracts, change of employment letters, and confirmation of employment.
- Maintain and update the HR Metric report.
- Ensure employee files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage Success Factors (HRIS) tasks.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of team members.
LOCATION AND STATUS
- Status: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Kelowna, Hardy or Burnaby
- Pay Range: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual, and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $48,000 - $60,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 + years of administrative experience in Human Resources.
- Insurance industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources is preferred, working towards CPHR designation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience working with Success Factors, Monday, and Docusign is considered an asset.
- Ability to adjust easily and undertake varying tasks.
