Process Manager

The Process manager will be based in Richmond Hill, ON and work closely with the Digital Enablement Team (DET) project management team which are dispersed geographically as well as by project.
The role will require an understanding of data architecture & processes to coordinate internal users in day-to-day cross-departmental tasks and include liaising with various stakeholders to assist DET requirement gathering.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure internal processes impacting multiple departments are successfully completed. Examples include:
- New product release
- Gather product manager technical requirements (part numbers, pricing, LOH, GM etc).
- Identify & document Nav SO, asset tracking, revenue recognition & shipping process.
- Setup Salesforce configurator.
- Coordinate approvals.
- End of life:
- Gather product manager technical requirements.
- Coordinate with production, CS, QA etc.
- Implement documentation and database updates (Nav & Salesforce).
- Identify and gather stakeholder requirement to define & document new cross dept processes. Assist in the development and implementation of the process (process mapping, system improvement, training etc.) to optimize resource utilization and end user experience.
- Maintain Salesforce configurator & product data
- List price assignment & update approvals.
- Product setup (volume pricing, data classification, active status etc).
- Support end user day-to-day queries & monitor user adoption.
- User training and creating training material.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification.
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- A desire to implement best practice solutions.
- Excellent problem resolution skills including influencing and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding analytical, innovation and problem-solving skills.
