Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Orientation Sessions: Welcome new employees and introduce them to the company’s mission, values, and culture. Explain company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Deliver Training Programs: Provide job-specific training on tools, software, and processes. Ensure new hires understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide Resources and Support: Distribute training materials, manuals, and guides. Offer continuous support and address any questions or concerns new employees may have.
  • Monitor Progress: Track the progress of new hires through their onboarding journey. Provide feedback and additional training as needed.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with HR and department managers to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience. Adjust training programs based on feedback and evolving company needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with employee training programs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Teams for providing training and onboarding follow-ups.
