Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. As a pivotal member of our team, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of restoration projects, including initial assessment, planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to optimize project efficiency and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of expenses, materials, and labor.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other office managers to ensure seamless coordination and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Required to possess a client portfolio showcasing established relationships and a track record of successful project engagements.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
  • Experience with restoration software's such as Encircle, Xact Analysis, and Xactimate.
