BAS Sales Representative

- Key tasks:
You will benefit from a very compelling remuneration including:
- Sell Building Automation (BAS) installations and Preventative Maintenance.
- Develop Qualified Prospects
- Account Management for accounts sold
- Maintain Opportunity Funnel
- Tele-market for face to face meetings
- Cold calling for new business
- Properly input all tasks, opportunities, activities, expenses into CRM
- Personalized and comprehensive training,
- Unlimited technical support,
- Sales tools developed by us, for you,
- Microsoft Surface Pro with CRM
- Access to service quote program
- Company Cell phone
- You have at least 5+ years’ of Sales experience
- BAS knowledge is a large asset
- Ability to get your government security clearance.
- Drivers license with clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter
- Possess good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
