About You
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our data protection and privacy solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive
business success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution.

About You
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our data protection and privacy solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive
business success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap for DataStealth’s Data Security Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to understand needs, pain points, and competitive landscape. Translate insights into product features that provide unique and differentiated capabilities to DataStealth’s clients shape product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to guide the design and development of new features, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining product quality.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy. Support product launches by creating product messaging, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to optimize features and iterate on product offerings.
- Compliance & Security Focus: Stay abreast of industry standards (such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA), ensuring DataStealth solutions remain compliant with evolving security and privacy regulations.
- Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity and data security landscape. This includes familiarity with compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.), on-premise and cloud-based databases and data warehousing solutions, and cloud-based applications.
- Enterprise Product Ownership: Proven experience in managing and owning enterprise-level products, particularly in a data security or cybersecurity environment. You should be comfortable with the complexities of integrating security into DevOps processes (DevSecOps) and have experience with cloud security, API security, and cryptographic practices.
- Security Analysis & Incident Response: Knowledge of security analysis, data security, and incident response is critical. The ability to anticipate and address potential security threats is essential for ensuring the robustness of our products.
- Data Science and Analytics: An understanding of data analytics, including the application of machine learning and behaviour-based analytics in cybersecurity, will be an asset. Your ability to leverage these insights to enhance product functionality will set you apart.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in product management, preferably in cybersecurity, data security platforms (DSPs), or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications in cybersecurity or product management are a plus.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for articulating product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
