What We Need:

We're seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationships Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering and growing our client relationships, ensuring they achieve success with our services. As the key point of contact for our clients, you'll work to understand their business needs and align our services to their goals.


You’ll work closely with internal teams to provide timely updates, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Through building and maintaining long-term, trusted partnerships, you’ll drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, assisting clients with their requests through online software, email, and phone
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and increase long-term retention
  • Communicate with clients on content approval and follow-ups
  • Maximize customer retention by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to both the fulfillment team and clients
  • Prepare monthly reports on the status of clients' campaigns
  • Conduct regular calls, meetings, and touchpoints to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Identify and address potential client concerns before they escalate, ensuring a proactive approach to client management
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client’s needs and objectives
  • Driving corrective action and organizational engagement on any client-specific campaign or issue


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in a Client Relations, Account Management, or Customer Success role
  • Knowledge of SEO or Digital Marketing would be considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Familiarity with account management software (CRM) and Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of conviction, knowing when to push back to achieve desired results
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and ability to be flexible when priorities and deadlines change
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term client success and growth opportunities
  • Genuine interest in the success of our clients and the ability to facilitate action plans
