Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.


• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.


• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.


• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.


• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.


• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
