We’re looking for a Contract Analyst who will contribute significantly to contract and agreement reviews, negotiations, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including Customer Engagement Letters, Master Services Agreements, NDAs, and Statements of Work.
  • Evaluate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in compliance with company contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate responses and ensure consistency in contract terms for pre/post-bid tenders.
  • Partner with sales associates to understand upcoming contract needs for new deals and renewals.
  • Manage and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external parties while adhering to Company practices and policies.
  • Determine when to escalate issues to relevant teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Business leaders, etc.).
  • Support the creation, revision, and implementation of policies, processes, and tools related to commercial transactions.
  • Participate in recurring meetings with legal colleagues and business partners.
  • Collaborate on internal projects, including updates to contract templates and tools.
  • Maintain a database of executed contracts.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects assigned by Manager, focusing on efficiency, compliance, etc.
  • Assist in managing the contract intake system.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in a recognized law clerk/legal assistant program, or combination of education and experience, with 5+ years of experience in a contracts administration/management role
  • Must possess robust communication skills and a solid understanding of legal and contractual requirements
  • Strong attention to detail for producing accurate and professional documentation with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues by analyzing and evaluating possible solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and competing demands with tight timelines
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills
  • Takes ownership of tasks and delivers on commitments
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Intermediate level proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
