Our team is growing and we are seeking an energetic Healthcare IT Project Manager, to help drive PACS projects to completion by defining project scope, deliverables and milestones, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Have fun while doing impactful work!
- Lead and drive the planning and implementation of multiple large-scale complex projects
- Manage customer expectations at project and key stakeholder level
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans and timelines to keep your projects in scope, on budget and on time
- Assess risks to project time, quality and scope, and develop contingencies/ mitigation strategies with project stakeholders and escalate as necessary
- Manage personnel budget including revenue recognition and invoicing in coordination with Finance team
- Ensure all required project documentation is kept up to date
- Travel to customer sites in Canada and the US as needed (up to 25% depending on business needs)

Think you’ve got what it takes? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
- 5 years of experience in a project manager capacity
- PMP certification
- Experience managing large, multi-facility, healthcare enterprise information technology projects
- Experience working in complex IT environments
- A degree in business or a related industry discipline, or equivalent
- Also nice to have:
- Experience with PACS/Radiology/DICOM HL7
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages
Our salary range for this role falls between $92,700 and $133,700. The final salary offer will depend on several key factors, including the candidate's level of experience, their specific skill set, and the overall alignment with the job requirements. Other considerations may include the candidate’s education, certifications, and any additional relevant qualifications. We aim to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value each individual brings to our team.
