The role:

Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, execution, and success of this monumental project, contributing to Sectra's commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare IT solutions. This position is a temporary full-time, 12-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role.

  • Lead and oversee the planning and execution of large-scale and complex PACS projects within the scope of a significant Quebec-based initiative.
  • Define project tasks and resource needs, ensuring the successful implementation for the project.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, emphasizing scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Evaluate risks affecting project timelines, quality, and scope, collaborating with stakeholders to devise contingency and risk mitigation plans and escalating issues as required.
  • Maintain accurate and updated project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Travel to client sites in Quebec (up to 25% based on business requirements) to provide on-site support, oversee projects, and engage with clients.
  • Uphold Sectra's reputation as the "Best in KLAS" for #1 in customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in French and English.
  • 5 years of experience in a project manager capacity.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience managing large, multi-facility, healthcare enterprise information technology projects.
  • Experience working in complex IT environments.
  • A degree in business or a related industry discipline, or equivalent.

Also nice to have:

  • Experience with PACS/Radiology/DICOM HL7.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Our salary range for this role falls between $89,500.00 and $127,300.00. The final salary offer will depend on several key factors, including the candidate's level of experience, their specific skill set, and the overall alignment with the job requirements. Other considerations may include the candidate’s education, certifications, and any additional relevant qualifications.
