a Portfolio Manager in the Institutional Asset Management (IAM) team at National Bank Trust (NBT) means managing investment
accounts of our institutional clients. In this role, you can use your communication
and analytical skills in addition to your experience in portfolio management to

Your
role
- Acting as a reference at NBT
for all questions related to portfolio management and investment - Supporting the portfolio
manager in managing client files - Building presentations,
preparing client meetings in collaboration with the account manager - In collaboration with account
managers, identifying business opportunities within our client base and
supporting the development of new clients with our internal and external
business partners at National Bank - Contributing to responding to
requests for proposals for institutional asset management by conducting
research and assembling relevant information to highlight our services - Ensuring the compliance of
client files and following up in our customer relationship management
(CRM) tool - Participating in meetings with
the Chief Investment Office (CIO) of National Bank Wealth Management to
ensure continuous alignment between execution (Investment Council
Portfolio Manager) and the investment strategy adopted by the Chief
Investment Office - Monitoring the perspectives and
positioning of the Chief Investment Office to effectively communicate the
evolution of our strategy to clients - Using software such as Factset
to perform performance attribution and client portfolio performance
analyses - Executing transactions in
client portfolios following the guidelines provided by the Chief
Investment Office - Performing portfolio
rebalancing, cash management, and triggering gains for clients - Communicating to the Chief
Investment Office any major changes requested by clients that require a
review of portfolio construction and investment decisions under the
responsibility of the Chief Investment Officer - Monitoring
market trends

Our team serves a clientele composed of
foundations, religious organizations, and businesses, and in this role, you
will report to the Portfolio Manager. The portfolio management team stands out for offering turnkey portfolio
management services (Outsourced
Chief Investment Officer, OCIO) for our clients by leveraging our globally
recognized open architecture of managers and the expertise of our Chief
Investment Office. We want to contribute to your quality of life

Prerequisites
- Master's degree or bachelor's
degree related to the sector - Possess CFA or CIM
certification and be registered as an advisory representative (Portfolio
Manager) - Minimum of 5 years of
experience in the securities industry - Experience in portfolio
management, analysis of portfolio management mandates, and risk analysis - Knowledge of portfolio
management tools (transactional, compliance, and risk analysis) - Knowledge of products, systems
(Wealth 360, Salesforce, FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.) - Sense of collaboration,
initiative, and autonomy
