We are looking to hire 1 Evening Facilities Supervisor.

You MUST have a valid G driver's license and your own vehicle with your own insurance. You will be required to use your personal vehicle for work purposes and reimbursed. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work week days and weekends beginning shift at 5:00pm.

The Job Involves But Is Not Limited

• Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule.
• Train new employees.
• Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with BINX standards.
• Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products and addressing repairs or replacements as needed.
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
• Able to work independently and work well with others.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Previous cleaning experience is a must.
• Management/Supervisory experience is a must.

• Must be reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties.

• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
• General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
