We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at RBC. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while performing a variety of cash and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a variety of monetary transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments for clients
- Accurately count and balance cash, coin, and checks
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services to clients
- Follow all security and compliance procedures to safeguard bank assets
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with banking products and services is an asset
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
